Purpose and human oversight

EmberGrids uses AI as part of human-directed systems and production workflows. Appropriate review, escalation, quality control and disclosure are defined according to the task, audience and risk. Consequential decisions require meaningful human oversight.

Rights, voices and likenesses

Clients are responsible for providing source material they are authorized to use and for disclosing known restrictions. EmberGrids will not knowingly create unauthorized voice clones or likeness replicas, deceptive deepfakes, fraudulent content or unlawful impersonation.

Professional talent and licensed AI voice workflows require appropriate authorization. Brand, personality and intellectual-property risks are reviewed within the agreed scope.

Model limitations and output review

Models can produce errors, bias, inconsistency, confidential-data leakage or material similar to existing works. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, non-infringing or suitable for publication.

Workflows may include approved knowledge sources, access controls, evaluation scenarios, human handoff, cost and quality monitoring, editorial review and final quality control.

Confidential and personal information

Confidential or personal information is used only through client-approved workflows with appropriate access and provider review. Do not send sensitive source material before a suitable agreement and handling plan are in place.

Prohibited and refused work

EmberGrids may refuse harmful, deceptive, non-consensual, fraudulent, infringing or unlawful requests. We do not build spam, unauthorized scraping, purchased-list outreach, policy-violating automation or systems intended to conceal a bot’s identity where disclosure is required.

Client-approved workflow and disclosure

The engagement defines models, source rights, review responsibilities, acceptable uses, disclosure expectations, human approval and delivery constraints. Appropriate disclosure depends on medium, audience, law and platform policy.
