Website purpose
This website describes EmberGrids capabilities and provides a way to start a conversation. It is not an automatic offer, quote, professional certification, legal opinion, security guarantee, or promise of availability.
Project scopes
Only a separately approved written proposal, agreement, or service order defines deliverables, responsibilities, fees, dates, revision limits, rights, and exclusions. Website descriptions do not mean every capability is included in every engagement.
Specialists and third parties
Media spend, platforms, licensing, talent, venues, equipment, fabrication, printing, engineering, permits, insurance, regulated review, independent security testing, and qualified operators are separately scoped where required.
Intellectual property
The website, writing, interface, and original visual system are protected by applicable rights. Client ownership and licenses are defined only in the signed project agreement after full payment and subject to third-party licenses and EmberGrids pre-existing tools.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious material, impersonate others, or use forms for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited activity.
No guaranteed outcomes
EmberGrids does not guarantee revenue, rankings, virality, audience reach, platform approval, campaign performance, security, compliance, uninterrupted availability, event results, or third-party decisions.
Liability and governing terms
Any liability limits, warranties, dispute process, governing law, and jurisdiction must be stated in the signed agreement for the confirmed legal entity. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
