Information we receive

When you send a project brief, EmberGrids receives the contact, organization, scope, timing, budget, link, and objective information you choose to provide. Technical logs may include request time, IP-derived abuse-prevention data, browser information, and error diagnostics.

• Do not submit passwords, payment data, confidential customer records, regulated health data, or unnecessary personal information.
• The public project form does not currently accept file uploads.

Why we use it

We use project-brief information to review the request, prevent abuse, route it for human review, respond, maintain operational records, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations. We do not send form content, names, email addresses, or free text to optional analytics.

Storage and processors

Validated project briefs are delivered through the configured Hostinger SMTP service to the EmberGrids project-intake mailbox. A short acknowledgment with the same reference is sent to the address you provide. Hosting and email providers process information only as configured for the live website.

Retention and deletion

Messages are kept only as long as needed for inquiry handling, security, contractual follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@embergrids.com.

International processing and rights

Data may be processed where EmberGrids and its configured providers operate. Applicable rights depend on your location and the confirmed legal entity. EmberGrids will verify identity before fulfilling a sensitive request.
