California Privacy Notice
Supplemental information for California residents about personal information and privacy rights.
Scope
This notice provides information for California residents and applies to the extent required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and other applicable California privacy laws. EmberGrids may also honor certain requests voluntarily when reasonably possible.
Nothing in this notice states or implies that EmberGrids meets a statutory CCPA business threshold.

Categories collected during the previous 12 months
We may have collected identifiers and customer-record information such as name, email, telephone, online identifiers and company; commercial and inquiry information such as service interests, budget, timeline and correspondence; internet activity such as pages, referrals and interactions; approximate geolocation derived from IP; professional information; service-interest inferences; and communications submitted to us.
Sources include you, your browser or device, referral services, email and WhatsApp, and providers acting for EmberGrids. Purposes include responding, evaluating fit, operating and securing the website, measuring consented performance, maintaining records and complying with law.
Disclosure, sale and sharing
Information may be disclosed to service-provider categories for hosting, infrastructure, email, form processing, security, consent-aware analytics and a CRM if connected, plus advisers and authorities as described in the Privacy Policy.
EmberGrids has not sold personal information for monetary consideration and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If practices change, EmberGrids will update this notice and provide the required opt-out controls before the new practice begins.
EmberGrids does not currently offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Retention criteria
Retention is based on the purpose of collection, sensitivity, relationship, security needs, applicable contracts and legal obligations. Typical periods are listed in the Privacy Policy and include up to 24 months for unsuccessful inquiries after last substantive contact and up to 90 days for security logs.
California rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request to know categories and sources, access specific information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information use and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
EmberGrids does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through public forms for purposes that require a right to limit. Please do not submit highly sensitive information.
Requests, agents and verification
Submit requests at /privacy-request, by email to info@embergrids.com or by phone at +1 (341) 766-0398. We may verify identity using information reasonably related to the interaction and will not request unnecessary sensitive documents.
An authorized agent may submit a request after providing evidence of authority. We may also confirm the request directly with the resident where permitted. Recognized Global Privacy Control signals are honored for qualifying opt-outs.
